Personal manager

For your convenience, we provide every client with a personal manager. Before you step onboard your aircraft, we aim to find out as much as possible about your personal wishes and preferences. This enables us to create for you a truly personal atmosphere of total comfort. Depending on your wishes and preferences, your personal manager will take care of organizing a flight, amend your route and schedule as your plans change, order your favorite food or dessert. Our services do not stop with your disembarkation from the aircraft. Your personal manager will make a hotel reservation, book a yacht, find a limousine with a chauffeur or any other services you may require. Available to you 24 hours a day, your personal manager will take care of all your travel needs, making sure your requirements are fully met.

Operations

Our Operational Control Center is staffed with highly experienced flight coordinators, 24/7. The Operational Control Centre is available for the purpose of flight arrangements, real-time flight control, and coordination of on-ground requirements. We will find you the most cost-effective and the fastest route to your destination. Our OCC uses professional software from the world's best rated providers, have access to recent navigational and meteorological data. Our Operational Control Center is capable to obtain over-flight and landing permits for almost all the challenging locations in 24 hours whether you require over-flight or landing clearances, slots, PPR, airport operational hours extension etc. We honor the timeline commitments we make. You can relax knowing we've got all the bases covered for you.

Crew

For your safety our crews receive regular training throughout the year and fly only one aircraft type they are dedicated to. The flight crews are backed-up by a broad range of resources which allow them to perform their duties in a professional and organized environment. In-flight service staff will make your flight impeccable.

Engineers

Our licensed Maintenance staff is responsible to ensure that client aircraft are maintained to the exact standard specified by the manufacturer and the Continuing Airworthiness requirements laid out by EASA and Civil Aviation Directorate Transport Malta. Type dedicated Engineer is available 24x7 in the base airport to ensure that the owner's aircraft is properly and efficiently maintained and that all warranty programs are kept in full compliance and fully exploited.

Accounting

A staff of well trained and well educated professionals with an extensive aviation background provide accounting support to the aircraft Owner. This staff is responsible for the analysis of every aspect of a client flight and ensuring the accurate billing of all expenses. Regular reports detailing aircraft activity and associated costs are provided to the Owner.

Blue Square Aviation Group Malta offers you the fullest administrative and technical support, from evaluation and selection of aircraft through to equipment specification, cabin interior design and installation to pre-purchase inspection and final aircraft delivery.

Blue Square Aviation Group Malta offers aircraft owners CAMO services. Our Engineering Department performs maintenance management in accordance with EASA approved maintenance manual. Maintenance events planning is being conducted in consideration of the aircraft utilization.

All the Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins are monitored on a daily basis. We guarantee that all applicable and mandatory modifications will be implemented on the aircraft ensuring safe day-to-day aircraft operation.

A full set of manufacturers's maintenance manuals and their revision are maintained electronically for all aircraft, power plants, and accessories and are accessible for maintenance and operating personnel.

All company aircraft are maintained by EASA Part-145 type approved AMOs (Aircraft Maintenance Organizations).

FLIGHT CREW LICENSING AND RATINGS

To provide safe and efficient services Blue Square Aviation Group Malta hire only highly qualified pilots who have appropriate qualifications and licenses. Company always conducts background check for all personnel.

FLIGHT CREW QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY

As well as holding current licenses and medical certificates, Blue Square Aviation Group Malta flight crew must have successfully completed the training programs and competency checks in accordance with all applicable EASA and Civil Aviation Directorate Transport Malta requirements.

To maintain high level of services all operational personnel possess such qualifications like an aviation background education, completion of appropriate aircraft dispatcher training courses and has relevant experience as an aircraft dispatcher.
